Hi, I’m Heather, a Registered Dietitian who specializes in eating disorders and intuitive eating. I’m passionate about helping people find the joy in eating and developing a peaceful relationship with their body. I work from a Health At Every Size* paradigm and understand that true health is much more than a number on the scale.

I am also a certified diabetes care and education specialist and can work with you to improve your blood sugar levels and achieve your health goals. I have experience working with type 1, type 2 and co-occurring diabetes and eating disorders.

With over 10 years of experience as a dietitian; I have worked at many levels of care, ranging from residential to outpatient. I enjoy working with adults, teens and families.

When I’m not counseling clients I enjoy playing competitive dodgeball with my partner, cooking, nature, and walking my fur babies.
