Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) has long been recognized as a gold-standard treatment for OCD—but its application in eating disorder recovery requires nuance, collaboration, and confidence.

The course is instructed by eating disorder specialists, Lissette Cortes PsyD, CEDS, alongside Katie Jeffrey, MS, RDN, CSSD. Through real-world examples, step-by-step guidance, and integrated case studies, you’ll learn how to use ERP to support clients in reducing avoidance, reclaiming flexibility, and building trust in the recovery process.
