Amber is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 25 years of experience in the mental health field. She specializes in trauma healing through EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) and is a certified Body Trust® Provider. Her work is grounded in a fat liberation framework and weight-inclusive care, with a deep commitment to helping clients unlearn body shame and reconnect to pleasure. In addition to her clinical work, she offers supervision and consultation to other providers exploring anti-oppressive, trauma-informed approaches to healing. She brings warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for client autonomy in her work and personal life.
