I am Telehealth Registered Dietitian in Texas. I use my personal experiences being a neurodivergent, Mexican American, and lived ED experience indivdual with my professional skills to help you on your personal journey. Together, we will look at your relationship with food and your body, considering your cultural background and mental health. My specific specialties are working with adult patients who are struggling with managing blood sugar regulation, diabetes management, eating disorder or disordered eating and neurodivergence eating concerns.
