Amelia (They/She) is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS). They specializing in working with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, ARFID, OSFED, binge eating disorder, disordered eating, sports nutrition, and GI health.
Amelia’s nutrition approach is rooted in mindfulness and intuitive eating. As a weight-inclusive, trauma-informed clinician, Amelia prioritizes working alongside each individual to help them discover the nutrition goals that align with their authentic values and aspirations in recovery. They are LGBTQ+ affirmative and continuously strives to create a culturally inclusive and safe counseling space.
