Andie is a nutrition and fitness expert with over two decades of patient experience! As a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Registered Yoga Teacher she offers nutrition counseling along with sports and active lifestyle coaching. In other words, she knows how to maximize health and athletic performance from A to Z. She is a good example of how a passion for nutrition, long-term health, and sports performance is achievable and sustainable. Her focus on good nutrition and fitness inspires her clients – whether they are patients in her private practice, health care providers, coaches, sports teams, sports clubs, or employees at organizations.
Andie's undergraduate and graduate degrees in Psychology, Sports & Recreation, and Nutrition Science have all shaped her comprehensive approach to patient care applying evidence-based nutrition science, behavior change and movement-based approach to help clients fuel and heal their bodies.
She provides virtual nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy to individuals and in person or virtual nutrition presentations to groups, schools, and companies. As a fitness professional, she teaches Fitness and Yoga classes, offering one-on-one sessions, as well as small group classes and workout programs.
At home, she's passionate about raising two kids who live active lifestyles and embrace positive eating habits. They cook together using fresh, wholesome, and nutrient-dense food to create feel-good meals that support their healthy lifestyle. Like an athletic version of the Brady Bunch, you can find them biking, running, or playing soccer together in their spare time. When Andie isn’t busy being her family’s team captain, she enjoys spending time outdoors, training for running, obstacle races and triathlons, Stand Up Paddling (SUP), swimming, or teaching and practicing Yoga.
