Description

My approach is rooted in creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their relationship with food and move toward peace with their bodies. Through intuitive eating and evidence-based practices, I help clients move away from rigid food rules and all-or-nothing thinking and toward greater flexibility, nourishment, and trust. My approach honors the whole person and recognizes that every client’s path to recovery is unique.

I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and completed my dietetic internship with Sodexo. I began my career at NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Behavioral Health Center, providing nutrition care to individuals with eating disorders and complex psychiatric and medical needs. Since then I have spent the past three plus years counseling adolescents and adults with eating disorders and disordered eating in an outpatient setting.

I was drawn to the field of nutrition after witnessing a close friend’s experience with an eating disorder, an experience that continues to shape my compassionate and client-centered approach.
