I’m a weight-inclusive, non-diet Registered Dietitian passionate about helping others reclaim the joy in food through Intuitive Eating. Too many of us have been ambushed with messaging about “ideal” body types, hacks to speed metabolism, and tips for weight loss. My goal is to strip away the stigma about weight and to teach you how to have fun with food again! I believe that everyone deserves delicious, nourishing food that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg (or require hours in the kitchen) to prepare. My approach focuses on sustainable behavior and mindset shifts that add up to have lasting impacts on both physical and mental health.
