I have worked in both residential and outpatient clinics for individuals with anorexia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and bulimia nervosa. Additionally, I have experience in sports nutrition, diabetes, and exercise physiology. I work with both adolescent and adult populations. I loves seeing my clients make tangible progress, experience health changes and improve their relationship with food, so they can ultimately improve their quality of life and find freedom around food.
