Hello! My name is Kelsey, and I’m a weight-inclusive eating disorder and disordered eating dietitian. The most meaningful part of my job is creating connections with others.

As a registered dietitian, I trained in the most extensive eating disorder internship for dietitians, gaining experience at every level of care and receiving supervision from leaders in the field. Since then, I have served as a registered dietitian at major hospital systems, providing eating disorder services to individuals of all ages, genders, and diagnoses.

During my clinical work, it became clear to me that the work of supporting my patients was going to exist way beyond my office. For me, being an eating disorder clinician also means working on changing environments which perpetuate and normalize eating disorder behaviors and actively harm wellbeing. Over the last few years, I have had the privilege of training future dietitians to have eating disorder literacy and working alongside a team to make systemic changes to health education in public schools in Vermont and beyond.

Since starting this work almost a decade ago, I’ve learned so much. I am committed to continuing to learn to support you on your journey, whatever that might look like. I look forward to meeting you!
