Kate Albarella is a Registered Dietitian & Therapist, Certified Eating Disorder Specialist & Approved Consultant, and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with over 10 years experience. Kate co-owns a practice, Inclusive Healing Center, which offers mental health counseling and nutrition therapy to those struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, body image, and a variety of other concerns. Kate is dedicated to walking alongside each client she works with, tailoring treatment to each individual’s needs and preferences. She takes a relational approach and believes deeply and passionately about Health at Every Size®, gender inclusivity, weight inclusivity, and Intuitive Eating. In addition to working towards educating her clients and families about these topics, she works to educate her community about these principles.
