I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft. I am licensed in both Illinois & Iowa, and currently see patients via telehealth as well as in person at our Chicago office. My drive as a dietitian is to work uniquely with each client to create safe, sustainable, and nourishing relationships with food. I believe that qualified and unbiased nutrition care should be available to every individual, no matter their size, health barriers, or schedule. I translate my culinary training into my practice by promoting food as not only a source of fuel, but comfort, tradition, celebration, connection, and recovery.
