I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD), with experience in outpatient and performance nutrition settings with the U.S. Army. Nutrition is not one-size-fits-all and your weight does not define your health. I’m passionate about helping you heal your relationship to food and body, because all foods can fit and lasting change is built together.

As a service member and especially as a military RD, I witnessed the havoc of diet culture, weight & physical fitness standards, and unsustainable aesthetic goals on service members, veterans, and family members’ nutrition habits. Fad diets, sauna use, fasting protocols, diet pills, cleanses – you name it, I’ve seen it all used in the name of “health and wellness.”

I’ve spent years helping individuals learn how to ditch the dieting and trust their body again through individualized nutrition counseling. I’ve counseled service members, high school and college athletes, military spouses and children, veterans, and fellow healthcare professionals through struggles with disordered eating or diagnosed eating disorders.
