Kinsley Moss MS RD LD
I attended the University of Alabama receiving an undergraduate degree in both Health Studies and Food & Nutrition. I completed the CPD program while attending Alabama. I then attended Mississippi State University receiving a Master’s degree in Health Education & Promotion. I began my career as a Clinical Dietitian at Brookwood Hospital, where I practiced for 13 years. I shifted my practice to mental health focusing on disordered eating & eating disorders and worked in Residential and Partial Hospitalization levels of care. I am currently under supervision for my Certified Eating Disorder Specialist credential.
I am very passionate about people & food. I believe food is meant to provide both nourishment and pleasure. Eating disorders do not discriminate, nor do I. Every human being is worthy of being seen and heard. I am committed to providing a safe space to all of my clients. My practice is a flexible, non-diet approach, weight-inclusive, utilizing the Intuitive Eating principles to achieve an individualized, sustainable healthy lifestyle. I provide a non-judgmental approach with warmth, compassion, energy, and support to all of my clients while helping them gain insight, develop self-compassion, and repair their relationship with food while also healing the mind, body & soul.
