Vanessa Pitney is a Registered Dietitian located in the Northern Sacramento Valley of California. She specializes in working with individuals with eating disorders and their families. She is a weight-inclusive, Health at Every Size dietitian, and uses a non-diet approach to promote positive eating behaviors and a positive relationship with food. Vanessa has a strong passion for assisting her clients in discovering their own inner wisdom. She works with them to establish health-promoting behaviors that fit into their lifestyle and support the body they have. Vanessa believes that caring for the whole person and providing compassionate, individualized care is a key to recovery and wellness.

Vanessa also has extensive training and experience working with various disease states outside of eating disorders- heart health, diabetes, COPD, CKD, and more.
