I support individuals experiencing disordered eating or eating disorders. I aim to build a collaborative relationship while encouraging curiosity and exploration into your relationship with food.

Working with a dietitian in recovery can feel scary. I value connection and work with individuals to meet them where they are at, focus on their strengths, and ‘challenge’ the eating disorder with autonomy and readiness. I value individual knowing, and enjoy finding the balance of ‘challenging but doable’. I am HAES aligned and practice with a non-diet approach.

I have experience working with all disordered eating behaviours and ranges of intensity. I obtained my MSc in nutrition in 2023 studying quality of life in individuals with eating disorders. I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist with iaedp.
