Sherie Schjolin

My name is Sherie Schjolin (she/her/hers), and I am a Registered Dietitian located in beautiful Eugene, Oregon. I am a non-diet dietitian specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, disordered eating, and other feeding issues. I also work with a wide variety of diseases and disorders and administer medical nutrition therapy for these conditions.

I started Vara Nutrition with a vision of transforming the way we prioritize food, nutrition, exercise, and our relationship with our bodies. My mission is to support you in exploring and authentically fostering a peaceful and compassionate life with food and movement.

When I am not talking about food, I like to spend my free time hiking, cooking, paddle boarding, crafting, reading, and hanging out with my pup, Lily Bug the Frenchton.
