Steph Conard (Space City Nutrition)
Description
Focused on helping her clients reduce anxiety around food and make peace with their bodies, Steph (she/they) specializes in supporting people with ARFID, disordered eating, low appetite, IBS, and GERD. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Texas at Austin, where she also completed her dietetic internship.
Steph believes in patient-led care, working closely with clients to create personalized, sustainable strategies that fit their unique needs. She particularly enjoys working with neurodivergent, disabled, and LGBTQIA2S+ populations. She uses a non-judgemental and non-diet approach to help make eating easier and supports people in navigating fear foods, improving interoception, and building a more enjoyable relationship with food. Beyond her specialties, Steph has a passion for supporting neurodivergent and disabled individuals and strives to create care that’s inclusive, accessible, and truly honors each person’s experience.
Outside of the office, Steph is likely playing with her cats and bunnies, hosting dungeons and dragons, or crocheting and knitting.
