I am a New Zealand registered dietitian based in Christchurch, but also online so I can do Zoom sessions for anyone around the world.

I am passionate about helping empower you with the skills to create lifelong positive eating habits that nourish your mind and body.

I can help you recover from your eating disorder by utilizing my extensive dietetic knowledge specifically for eating disorder recovery. I have can help reframe your thinking and cope with shifting away from the eating disorder to more normalized eating behaviors. I will work alongside the rest of your treatment team in including your GP, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Physiotherapist, or PT
