Anne Wilfong, RDN, LD, CEDS, CIEC, is a registered dietitian and the owner of Wilfong Nutrition in West Lake Hills, near Austin. She has been a registered dietitian since 2010 and is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor.

Anne provides weight-neutral, non-diet nutrition counseling for adults with eating disorders and disordered eating, and for people healing their relationship with food after years of dieting. She works alongside therapists, physicians, and prescribers, and refers clients to them when needs fall outside a dietitian’s scope. She also supports clients taking GLP-1 medications, including those with a history of restriction or disordered eating, as well as clients with diabetes or GI concerns and those navigating perimenopause and menopause.

Sessions are available in person in Austin and by telehealth anywhere in Texas. Wilfong Nutrition is in-network with BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, and Curative. Coverage depends on your plan, and the team can help verify benefits.
