Crystal Savoy RD Nutrition Counseling is a virtual group practice based in Massachusetts.  We specialize in nutrition therapy for food and body healing using Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size® principles.  Using a therapeutic approach to nutrition counseling allows us to provide individualized treatment for each client based on their unique needs.  We believe that taking the confusion out of nutrition & focusing on what makes you feel your best while challenging societal beliefs about body size and health are integral to healing one's relationship with food & body.  We aim to provide a safe (as possible) space for support and guidance to ultimately give you the tools to become your own food and body expert.
