Crystal Savoy MS, RD, LDN
Crystal is a Registered Dietitian working and living north of Boston. She received a masters degree in nutrition from Simmons University where she also completed their dietetic internship specializing in the treatment of eating disorders. During this time she saw patients at all levels of care. She has previously worked at the Cambridge Eating Disorder Center and The Renfrew Center for Eating Disorders in addition to her roles in private practice.
Crystal specializes in nutrition therapy for food and body attunement. She utilizes Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size® principles in her practice. She has received advanced training in PCOS, body image, Intuitive Eating, functional gut disorders (FGID), and Integrative healing. Using a therapeutic approach to nutrition counseling allows her to tailor treatment for each client based on their unique needs. She believes we need to take the confusion out of nutrition and challenge societal beliefs about body size and health. Her role is to provide a safe space for support and guidance in healing.
In her free time Crystal enjoys painting, plants, trying new recipes and restaurants, reading, and hanging with her cats and husband. She also has a slight obsession with collecting various resources to share with both clients and clinicians.
