Hello! I am a Minnesota-based athletic counselor who provides mental health therapy and mental performance coaching for youth athletes. I work with athletes of all identities, but I have a special passion for working with young female aesthetic-sport athletes who struggle with eating and body image concerns, anxiety, and/or depression. I am under supervision by Dr. Erin Ayala.
