I’m a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist based in Brooklyn, NY, specializing in eating disorders and complicated food relationships. I offer individual nutrition counseling in person and virtually. I find tremendous reward in the process of collaborating with my clients and helping them find more ease with eating and confidence in their bodies. My nutrition counseling style is warm, creative, and compassionate. In our work together, you can expect a non-judgmental space, thoughtful support, and tailored guidance focused on cultivating behaviors that promote improved well-being and a better quality of life around food and body.

I work with clients of all backgrounds and genders, ages 13 and up. I specialize in all eating disorders, including Binge Eating Disorder, ARFID, Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, OSFED (including “atypical” anorexia), and orthorexia. Many of my clients don’t fit neatly into a diagnostic category but struggle with eating in ways that meaningfully interfere with their quality of life. You don’t need a specific diagnosis, or to be “sick enough,” to deserve support. I also have a phenomenal team of associates who work out of my practice, LK Nutrition. They may be able to help if I’m not able to accommodate you myself.
