I specialize in treating eating disorders and disordered eating for adults (18+). I also work with clients who struggle to fit food into their busy lives and daily routines in a way that works for them. I especially enjoy working with clients who identify as neurodivergent.

I have experience working in eating disorder treatment at the PHP (partial hospitalization program), IOP (intensive outpatient program) and OP (outpatient) levels of care. This experience helped my grow my clinical skills, while also helping me to recognize that this type of treatment is not accessible or the right fit for everyone. At Unravel Nutrition Counseling, I recognize the dignity of each person to decide what is best for them and I am willing to incorporate a harm reduction approach into our work.

In my practice, I use Motivational Interviewing techniques and am informed by and trained in multiple therapy modalities including ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). I use a weight neutral approach that is rooted in the Health at Every Size® principles and social justice.
