About Me

Hi, I’m Marisa, a Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorder recovery and nutrition therapy. I provide compassionate, evidence-based nutrition counseling for teens and young adults struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns.

I have experience working in higher levels of care, including Residential Care, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and now run my private practice, Renu Eating Disorder Treatment in Brentwood, CA. My approach is collaborative, working closely with therapists, medical providers, and families to ensure well-rounded support.
