I strive to create a safe, judgment-free container for individuals to share and process their experiences - my style is warm, accessible, and not without humor. I regularly integrate nutrition science with body-based (somatic) practices and therapeutic coaching to help my clients learn to nourish themselves from the inside out, with trust and confidence. Notably, I work exclusively from a weight-inclusive, size-affirming lens, and reject social hierarchies that prioritize certain bodies over others.
