Fumi Somehara, APD, CEDD (she/her) Bio:
Fumi is a Japanese-Australian dietitian, credentialed eating disorder clinician, and the founder of DDD Centre for Recovery, a private practice dedicated to supporting dancers and performing artists with food and body image concerns, Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S), and eating disorders/disordered eating. She is also the co-founder of Diverse Dancers Australia, an organisation dedicated to supporting diverse dance artists for improved representation of body diversity in the dance industry. With social justice at the core of her works, Fumi brings curiosity and deep compassion to the field of eating disorders treatment and prevention.
